What are your business hours?

Airbrush Art USA & Signs is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please check our Google Business Listing for special dates and holiday hours.

Do you hand paint signs?

Airbrush Art USA & Signs is a full-service sign shop offering digitally printed signs on our large format latex printer. We do not hand paint business signage but we do provide graphic design and sign production, sign permitting and sign installation services in Pinellas County, Florida.  Our sign services and products include site signs, real estate signs, building signs, retail store signs, wayfinding signs, safety signs, ADA compliant signs, interior decor signs, monument signs, channel lettters, LED and lighted signs.  Contact us about your custom sign project requirements. 

What materials can I use to build my sign?

We offer a variety of sign materials including corrugated plastic, vinyl, acrylic, foam board, foam core, aluminum, composite metal, fabric, PVC, magnetic, paper, transparent film, and MDO (medium density overlay). The materials used depends on the intended location and use for the sign.

How do I know what my installed sign will look like?

Airbrush Art USA and Signs provides you with a design proof showing a photo-realistic rendering of how your installed sign will look like.  If the sign is to be installed on a building or in front of a building or retail store the design will show you what the sign will look like from street level.  If signage is to be applied to a work vehicle, fleet car, truck, trailer or bus, we will provide you with a design proof to show you exactly how the graphics and lettering will look on your vehicle.

What fonts can be used for my signage?

Whether your company has established style guidelines (logo, brand colors, font styles) or if you are newly establishing your branding, we will use the right fonts to accurately represent your brand image through signage.  Whatever font style you need or like for your business branding, we will find the right font for your sign copy.  If you don’t know what font you would like to use, we can help you choose a font style for your sign that not only reflects your brand, but is eye-catching and easy to read too.

What images can be used in my signage?

If you are supplying images for use in your signage, you must be the image owner or an authorized agent of the images.  That is, you must have permission to use the image.  If the image is copyrighted, you must obtain permission to use the image in the form of a release from the copyright image owner or through a license to use the image.  You can supply images you own or are authorized to use, or Airbrush Art USA & Signs can purchase the license to use an image on your behalf for use in your sign.

How quickly can you make my sign?

The length of time it takes to make a sign can vary depending on several factors. While some signs may be ready in 48 hours if you supply a print ready design, other projects may take longer to complete depending on design and artwork approvals and permitting requirements.  How quickly we can have your sign ready and installed depends on the type and number of signs you need, the materials being used and the complexity of the process. Factors affecting how long it takes make a sign can include:

  • whether you supply approved, print-ready artwork
  • how quickly you sign off on final design proofs
  • whether we need to make a special materials order
  • whether a sign needs to be custom manufactured
  • whether the signs need to be permitted to be installed
  • whether construction is required at the installation site in order to set or affix the sign to
  • coordination of your schedule and our installation team’s schedule for most appropriate sign install time to minimize interruption to your business operations.

How long will my sign last?

The expected lifetime of a sign varies depending on the purpose of the sign, the materials used to make the sign, where the sign will be located and how well the sign is maintained. Signs can be designed for temporary, short-term applications or for permanent installation. Whether your signage needs are for a one-day event or for a long-term sign installation, we work with you to determine the best signage solution for your business or organization.

How do I take take care of my sign?

At Airbrush Art USA & Signs, we take pride in the quality and durability of the products that we offer.  All our digital prints designed for exterior use are coated with a protective over-laminate to extend the life of the digital print. If properly cared for, your new sign will last for years to come. Appropriate care and maintenance for your sign will vary depending on the materials used to make the signs. We recommend that when you clean your sign, be sure to use a soft cloth and mild cleaning agents (mild soap and water mixture, such as Dawn).  It is best to avoid harsh chemicals and products containing ammonia.
